a HEAVENLY stay
spacious room warm embrace pure bliss
I Adored the spacious room. It reminded me of a warm embrace. the bed, oh, the bed was pure bliss. I melted into it each night. i was so grateful for the plentiful tea and coffee in the room.

Acceptable Stay with Noticeable Shortcomings
The bathroom was not up to standard, showing a lack of attention to cleanliness. The shower head was substandard. I also found cobwebs throughout the room. I will look for improvements in these areas.

fantastic stay with very nice views!

I had an great stay! my room was huge and super clean, i especially enjoyed the amazing sea view, a genuine treat to wake up to. i found free parking right on arrival, a big plus for me since i had my car, and i appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in my room (perfect for an early morning boost!). the staff were friendly and helpful. They even provided clean towels and room service daily.
the only slight issue i encountered was that the door to the private bathroom was a little tricky to open and the lock didn't work, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.

i noticed a great breakfast just a short walk away (i recommend it!). and tea and coffee in the room allowed for a perfect start to the day before going out.

the hotel provides parking to the rear, free (such a relief!). i was also happy to see they had a mini fridge in the room, perfect for keeping drinks cold.

the staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed. they kept the rooms spotlessly clean and well kept, and i really appreciated their daily cleaning service.

friendly staff amazing seaview
The location worked great for the open air theatre gig! the amazing seaview from the top room was a treat. The staff were friendly. the space suited me well for the cricket ground. The host was so friendly.
The car park felt too tight. It was tricky unless you have a tiny car, though i managed.

The location is great. The beach is just across the road. parking was available and that was really helpful. i enjoyed the free tea and coffee in the dining room.. we even took a cuppa outside.
my room was on the second floor, and there were a lot of stairs. this was a problem because i had little ones. the room felt a bit cramped because of the bunk beds. i also noticed there was no seaside view, a shame.

north bay stay
prime location castle view free parking helpful guide
the hotel had a prime location on the north bay. it provided views of the castle and seafront. the room included tea, coffee, water for the children and also a tv. we appreciated the hairdryer, ironing board, fridge, and scarborough guide. the hotel offered free car parking at the rear.
the curtains were slightly off their rail, and i needed to refasten them.

There was no food provided on site. a spacious lounge, a bar downstairs, and a dining area were available. one could utilize them for bringing their food or takeaway. This suited our needs perfectly.

acceptable location, disappointing shower
inconsistent temperature frustrating shower
the location was acceptable, it was close to where i needed to be.
The shower was not good. the water took forever to heat up. then i struggled to keep the temperature consistent. It was quite frustrating.
